Acceptance of terms

By installing or using Pitchsmith, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the extension.

Description of service

Pitchsmith is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered message suggestions for LinkedIn outreach. The extension operates as a sidebar overlay within LinkedIn's interface. Pitchsmith does not send messages on your behalf. All sending actions are performed manually by the user.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for all messages you send using Pitchsmith. You agree to use the service in compliance with LinkedIn's terms of service and applicable laws. You agree not to use Pitchsmith for spam, harassment, or any unlawful purpose.

Subscription and billing

Pitchsmith offers a free tier and a premium subscription at $20/month. Premium subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Limitation of liability

Pitchsmith is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not responsible for any consequences resulting from messages you send using the service, including but not limited to LinkedIn account restrictions.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Pitchsmith after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
